Warm Gingery Greens with Quinoa Shopping List

Produce:

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 bunch of rainbow chard
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 bunch of collard greens
  • 1 white onion or bag of pearl onions
  • 1 fresh ginger root
  • 1 Barris lime (any lime or lemon will do)
  • 12 oz crimini or baby bella mushrooms

Condiments & Seasoning:

  • 1 quart organic free-range chicken or vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Organic rice wine vinegar
  • Bragg’s Liquid Aminos  (Tamari or soy as substitute)
  • Organic raw agave nectar
