  • 1 celeriac root (or two celery stalks, chopped)
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2-3 bunches kale
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh garlic
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes

Oils, Condiments & Seasoning:

  • 2 quarts chicken or vegetable stock
  • Salt

Meat:

  • 1/8 lb pancetta

Dairy:

  • Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Bread:

  • Breadcrumbs
