Red Pepper Spinach Sesame Stir-fry Shopping List


  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 large or 2 small onions (white or sweet)
  • 2 bunches of Spinach (I used New Zealand spinach) or other yummy green
  • 4-5 garlic cloves

Condiments, oil, and seasoning:

  • Peanut or grape-seed oil
  • Sesame seed oil (roasted)
  • White wine
  • Soy sauce  (for a gluten free option use tamari or Bragg -liquid aminos)
  • Sea salt and pepper


  • 4 eggs

Dry goods:

  • Sesame seeds
