Moroccan Chicken with Figs Shopping List

Produce:

  • 1 large white onion
  • 3  medium sized sweet potato
  • 4 medium sized parsnips ( can omit and use 2-3 red pepper instead)
  • 1 celery bunch
  • 2 large tomato
  • 1 small orange

Condiments, oil, and seasoning:

  • Sea salt
  • 1 Tomato paste- 6 oz can
  • 1 chicken broth

Dairy:

  • goat yogurt (2 cups)

Poultry:

  • Whole chicken or desired boneless cuts (for 6-8 servings use on breast per serving)
