Asian Slaw Shopping List

Produce

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 head  green or napa cabbage
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 7 small- medium carrots
  • 6 green onions
  • 3/4 cup  fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbls minced fresh ginger root

Oils, Condiments & Seasonings

  • 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (can also use apple-cider vinegar if preferred)
  • 1 Tbls Sesame Oil ( optional: use in place of 1 Tbls of safflower or grapeseed)
  • 6 Tbls Veggie oil (I used grapeseed)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbls brown sugar
  • 3-4  garlic cloves minced
